What a Feeling…as described by of one of Our Extraordinary Ministers (EM):

To be an EM, you are asked to help the Priest during Mass by sharing the blessed Eucharist with the faithful. These faithful parishioners believe and are seeking out the true Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. As Catholics, we BELIEVE the Eucharist is the true Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.

By being an EM you have a wonderful role at Mass. You are sharing and giving every parishioner a gift which will bring more joy and happiness into your life.  As they say, “It is always better to Give than to receive”. No where is that more true than giving the Eucharist to all those who seek it during Mass. You will see the happiness and true belief in the eyes and on the smiles of everyone who receives your gift. You can not help but be touched when you experience this response.
