Lectores
The Lector Ministers of St. Joseph Church are volunteers ranging in age from pre-teen to older
parishioners, many of whom are life-long servers. Lectors serve the parish as readers of
sacred scripture during Mass and special events as needed by the pastor. Those wishing to
serve this ministry should have a clear speaking voice and should prepare the readings ahead
of time. Lector schedules are published four times a year.
